I visited my doctor today. She asked me how I was doing and feeling...I told her I felt as though I'd "popped" in the last couple of weeks. She just smiled and took out her measuring tape. I hear a gasp and a "WOW, you did grow!" I am amazed at how easy this pregnancy is in some ways and how hard it is in others. I can't believe I have kept up with my exercise! My only hope is that is makes some difference when it is all said and done. I do know that I've been able to keep my weight down this pregnancy and that is nice! I've gained only 6 lbs total (lol...not counting the 10 I gained before I ever went in to the doc, haha!). Crazy! It has been hard in that I just shut down in the afternoon and evening. I have a great deal of energy in the morning, and then I don't feel like doing anything the rest of the day. It takes all I've got to make dinner, help the kids and anything else planned in the evenings during the week. I feel bad that I'm not more social. This is why...I'm so tired!
We have a list of names for girls and boys and it's cute to hear what the kids think this baby will be and what names they like. I'll share our list with you...
For a Girl:
Lilly
Molly
Ruth
Lucy
For a Boy:
Jessee
Benjamin
Cody (for Joe)
Tell me what you like best and maybe a middle name to go with it;)
One huge difference between this pregnancy and the others is my craving for sour things. I love sugar, as you know. I usually love things that are sour and fruity, not the biggest chocolate fan. But, things are different with this one. I LOVE chocolate. I have to ration it or keep it out of the house all together. I can't stand the thought of eating something sour. I have totally loved the farmers market and seriously ate a whole huge box of peaches and tomatoes on my own. I am lovin my veggies and that is usually another thing I can't handle well during pregnancy.
Well, I hope to update when we are a bit closer. I've tried to keep up on pictures and blogging, but am falling short. I love reading your blogs and love catching up on what all of you are up to!

So...are you going to find out what sex the baby is?? I'd love to know.
Girl?? I like Lilly
Boy?? I'm partial to Benjamin. I just love King Benjamin. I'm glad I found your blog.
I love your names -- should we take it as a hint that you don't have as many boy names?? ;) I totally craved chocolate CONSTANTLY with this baby and unfortunately I've developed quite a taste for baked goods ... that hasn't gone away now that I'm not preggers. Just in time for baking/treat season. Oh joy:)
I like Benjamin fro the boy the girl I like lilly or Molly. We have a little girl in our ward named Sally. When I heard it. I thought it as wierd, but she is so cute. You look really good by the way. Hope thing are good.

I am so happy that you are still working out! I cant wait to go back! cant wait for the holidays to see everyone!!
I love Jessee. That is awesome. Ballard would be a good middle name too. Benjamin Ballard Johnson. This is fun!! Thanks for including us in the name choice process!! A family in Bethany ward named their girl Lucy and they had the cutest middle name with it. I will try and remember. I love all the names. They go good with what you already have for your other kids. So fun. Just remember to enjoy pregnancy. It is amazing to me that God created a plan where we are allowed to carry a child in our womb. I also became so tired, and uncomfortable. So this is a good time to have everyone help and unify as a family. Dave sat the kids down and created the "help mom beans jar" and every time someone did something for me, they put beans in the jar. All of the sudden, I didn't have to bend over and pick things up because the kids loved to do this. And Dave gave them 10 beans anytime any of them said, "Dad think you're a hottie!!" Those were fun times. Your kids are so incredibly responsible, I bet they could make dinner, do the laundry, mow the lawn, and take you to your next doctor apppointment.... just kidding!!
You look fantastic Jenny! I have to add my opinion on the names! I love "Jessee" for a boy and "Molly" for a girl! I am still thinking it's a girl! I'll have to think on the middle names and let ya know what i come up with!
You are looking fantastic! I can't say I looked that great at 23 weeks. I love the idea of Jessee for a boy. For the girls, I like all the ones you've picked out so far.
